Can we use this tool for commercial?
What is the lisense (for example, GPL etc...)?
Is this tool regularly updated to support new OS or for trouble shotting?

Hello Yuto-san,

You can use this tool for any application that you want to apply it to.

The license is created during installation of the tool. It is unique to the user, and the tool will validate the license. The tool will operate offline for up to 30 days, but after that will be suspended if the tool cannot verify the license.

We release an update to the tool yearly. Mostly for troubleshooting and feature updates. The library of TI parts is continually updated based on product releases by TI that have PSpice models associated.
