I am having the same problem. I have tried everything I can think of, I just want to be able to download Pspice for TI. Please advise.

    Hi Jay,

    The address update through the PSpice page sometimes doesn't work.

    Give this a try:

    Login to ti.com directly (not from pspice registration page).
    Go to Account->Personal information and fill in the missing information
    Logout
    Go the pspice registration page and request again
