PSPICE-FOR-TI: install Pspice for TI

Since I reinstalled my system, when I try to install Pspice for TI, I get the following message "Too many machines attempting to connect with the same access key".

Can you help me remove all of the computers so that can re-install it again, thanks in advance!

Hi JC, after installation, the Pspice not able to launch with license error as showing in the picture, I tried reboot PC and re-install, still the same, could you help advice, thanks!
