TIDA-010242: MIL STD 1275F Surge protection Compliance

I looked at version F of the standard, and do not see any updates that would cause TIDA-010242 to not satisfy it, as outlined in the users guide. That said, we did not test it to version F, and I cannot guarantee that it will meet the new standard without changes.
