Tool/software:
We are working on a MIL-STD-1275E Surge Protection system based on Your Design Guide: TIDA-010242 The system is for 28 Volt DC output with steady output current of 4 Amps wich go to 8 amps max for 70 seconds. But we have lot of problems also with very light loads 0,5 – 1 amps .For U1 at the first samples we used the LM74800QDDRRQ1 now we think to replace it with the LM74810QDDRRQ1 is this possible?
For the Q1 mosfet we plan to place in the final project 2 x IXTH88N30P and for Q2 1 x XTH240N15X4 placed on the internal side of the box for dissipation in case of dumps .
Many times at the switching on of the U1 block with only 1 x IXTH88N30P we dont have any voltage ,this with different value of loads , 0,5 ,1 ,2 amps.
