PSPICE-FOR-TI: Installation license issue

I'm going to escallate this with Cadence. We're getting a number of these all a once. Maybe there's something in their license check that got confused with year change.

I heard back from Cadence. They need some more data for debug. Can you help out?

Here's what they said:

Can you please ask user to uninstall the tool and re-run the installer with CDS_LIC_QA_TesT variable in place.

Currently the QA logs are from the tool launch not from the installation.

We need to figure out why during installation the license file does not get downloaded.

One user has had success installing in admin mode.

Please uninstall using add/remove program. Then re-install in admin mode.

Let me know if that doesn't work.

If you've setup the environment variable and it doesn't work. Please attach the qalog.txt here. 

If it does work, please remove the environment variable as it will continue to collect data and get very large over time.
