existing TIDA-01606 has the library implemented to applie the SFRA. The SFRA can be applied on both the current and the voltage control loops.
Now, if in theory you are looking to have an open loop function of the power plant itself it should be feasibible to use this function.
You need to inject the disturbance with TINV_vdInv_pu and collect the data of the current on the d component to understand how the power plant is behaving
