PSPICE-FOR-TI: Unable to enter or update personal information

I wanted to request PSPICE-FOR-TI but I am not able to save my personal data. I tried your suggestion

please have the customer login to ti.com directly (not from pspice registration page). Then go to Account->Personal information and fill in the missing information (most likely the shipping address). Then logout, and go the pspice registration page and request again

But filling out the mandatory fields seems not to be sufficient.

I am from Germany, filled my name and university, entered my cell phone number and ZIP code. But I cannot save the data. And therefore I am not able to request PSPICE.

Please help me, thank you in advance.
