I installed the software and tried it, but I get ERROR(ORCAP-15052).
Sim files are:

https://www.ti.com/jp/lit/zip/slvm100
When I unzip these files, open the obj file with "Open document" in PSpice, and click "Run Pspice", an error occurs. The error log was as follows:

Signature valid.
What is this error caused by?
