Hi Eddie,
The PMP23404 could be configured to 12V as it is well within the range of the LM5143-Q1 IC. Though this would involve a multitude of changes to the PMP23404 design. There are newer designs that are more suited for your requirement.
It would be best to continue this thread offline so I can recommend the more suited designs and dive into details.

Hi Matthew,
Customer would like to know what components need change in PMP23404 if they change to +12V input?
Thanks & Regards
Eddie
Hi Eddie,
After further investigation, the PMP23404 can support a +12V input without changes to the input connections. Although its not one of our latest designs, it should meet your needs.
As for optimization such as gain, phase, transient, etc. for your specific application, you can refer to the LM5143-Q1 design calculator: https://www.ti.com/product/LM5143-Q1#design-tools-simulation
