I have some additional questions. What is the optimal parameter for the quality factor Q? I mean efficiency, range of ZVS, RMS current values, and so on. What quality factor do you recommend choosing in the first approximation?

Hi，

Q selection is based on your design specification (input/output voltage, power level, frequency...). A high value of Q is desirable to reduce the switching frequency range. However, high Q causes high voltage stresses on the resonant capacitor.
