    Please reboot your PC and try again and create a debug file and share it with us if you still have trouble:

    • Create a new environment variable "CDS_LIC_QA_TEST". Set it to something like C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\LicLog.txt where you have write permission to.
    • Run PSpice for TI if installed or the installer if not, wait for the error message to be shown, then check if the file C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\LicLog.txt is created.
    • share the file LicLog.txt
    • Delete the environment variable "CDS_LIC_QA_TEST". (otherwise LicLog.txt will keep growing).

    Not sure what the issue is with the registry. Please reboot and try again. If that does not work, uninstall, reboot, delete the log file, run the installer (make sure you have the latest installer) as the administrator and try again.

    Thanks- it works now

    uninstall, manually delete cadence folder under user's appdata, reboot, re-install. Then it worked.
