PSPICE-FOR-TI: PSPICE for TI is not opening

what's the error message?

there is no error message 

i found this error 

i uninstalled the program and i  reinstall it. i got the same error for the second trial. i will again and i will update you once i finished the installation. 

Uninstall/reinstall is not necessary. please create the debug file for troubleshooting:

• Create a new environment variable "CDS_LIC_QA_TEST". Set it to something like C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\LicLog.txt where you have write permission to.
• Run PSpice for TI if installed or the installer if not, wait for the error message to be shown, then check if the file C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\LicLog.txt is created.
• share the file LicLog.txt
• Delete the environment variable "CDS_LIC_QA_TEST". (otherwise LicLog.txt will keep growing).
