PSPICE-FOR-TI: error installing the program

Tool/software:

I tried to install the program and I get an error message (-2104) after I enter the key I got from the registration

    Hi Francisco,

    Please try the following:

    1. Create a new environment variable called “CDS_LIC_QA_TEST” and set it to a text file like this:
    2. Close and run the installer. The file will be created. Once you see the error, close the GUI.
    3. Now delete the environment variable or rename it to something else, otherwise the log file will keep growing.
    4. PM me the LicLog.txt file along with:
      1. "%appdata%\Cadence\PSpiceTIInstall\cdsPspiceTIlog.txt"
      2. "%appdata%\Cadence\PSpiceTIInstall\cdsPSpiceNetworkStatus.txt"
