PSPICE-FOR-TI: download failed due to error 503: Server Unavailable

The installation failed because the files could not be downloaded.  This error was encountered yesterday and today several times on each day.

    Are you running the latest installer?

    If so, please generate a log file like this for troubleshooting:

    1. Create a new environment variable "CDS_LIC_QA_TEST". Set it to something like "C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\LicLog.txt".
    2. Run the installer and wait for the error message, then share the file "C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\LicLog.tx".
    3. Delete the environment variable "CDS_LIC_QA_TesT".
    4. share the file LicLog.txt

    Step 3 is important because otherwise that file will grow to enormous size over time. We don't want to cause them problems down the road.
