PSPICE-FOR-TI: Authentication when downloading "PSpice for Ti"

Tool/software:

When downloading "Pspice for Ti," I'm asked for my "Username" and "Password" (see Photo 1). When I enter them, I get the message "Unable to communicate with proxy server using entered credentials" (see Photo 2), and I can't download it. What should I do?

    Hi Seida,

    That is not for your email address used to request PSpice for TI and the access code you got. It is for your PC's proxy server settings. Please check with your IT team for the correct values.
