Looking for TPS62140 SPICE unencrypted model

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62140, TINA-TI

Where can I find an unencrypted SPICE model for the TPS62140 ?

Some spice programs (as LTspice) does not support the encrypted model.

Thanks,

  • Hi Nicky

We do not release unencrypted models to the web as they contain some IP not to be shared. You can alternatively run the models in TINA which is free an model is available.

If you would like to get the unencrypted model, please ask your local FAE to make a request in our internal website so we can release it to you under selective disclosure/ NDA requirement.

    Thanks

    Ranjani

  • Hi Nicky,

I wanted to also let you know that we have a free simulator called TINA-TI. The TINA-TI model for this device is available in the product folder under "Tools and Software". The reference design is already setup for you so it should be a very quick starting point for your design.

    Thanks,
