Webench Login Error

Hi,

I Logged in successfully at ti, I specify a power supply design requirements, then a list of solutions appear, and when I click "Open your design" I get:

WEBENCH® Login Error

WEBENCH® requires you to complete your profile to assure the security of your account, click HERE to proceed. 

A page asks me to enter my contact data. After I do, I get this:

Are you sure you want to save?

If you made changes to your profile, they will be saved
and your myTI profile will be updated.

I Hit the button :

Yes, make these changes

And I get as an answer:

Sorry! We couldn't find your page.

The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Please check the address bar to make sure the link is typed correctly, use the links below to locate the information you want, or search the site for another destination.

If you are certain that this URL is valid, please send us feedback about the broken link.

I called the customer support number for support and they told me that they can't help me and that I need to enter a request through this forum.

    Dear Ruben,
    Sorry for the hassle with logging into WEBENCH Designer. We are looking into this problem. To help us troubleshoot this problem, can you please send the URL of the page with the error message?

    Meanwhile, as a workaround, can you please try updating your profile outside of the WEBENCH flow?
    1) Go to ti.com and click on your name in the upper right to access your TI account information.
    2) On the myTI account page click on the Profile information link in the left hand panel.
    3) Make sure all the fields with "*" are filled out.
    4) Then hit save.
    5) After this is complete, then try using WEBENCH.

    Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

    Thank you for your prompt answer, Jeff.

    The URL of the page with the error message is:

    www.ti.com/.../updateprofile.tsp

    I followed your directions, I was able to update my profile and now I can use Webench successfuly, so the problem was solved.
