These errors typical occur when we use PSPICE encrypted model in TINA-TI. You can only use PSPICE Encrypted lib files in OrCAD v15.7 and above. Fortunately for all three devices mentioned by you, we have SIM Export feature enabled on WEBENCH. You can go to WEBENCH using "Open Design" option in product folders of these devices and from there export the schematics to TINA-TI.
