Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models
Hi,
I am trying to import the .mod file into Linesim in Hyperlynx but it expects hspice or ibis models only. Is there a way you can provide me with a model in these formats for OPA2350?
Thanks,
Uttara
Uttara,
We don't have much experience with running a SPICE model in HyperLynx. I am not sure what you want to achieve, because the SPICE model serves a very different purpose from the IBIS.
If you've decided that the SPICE model is the way to go, you can download the PSPICE model in the product folder (click the tools and software tab), unzip it, and try importing the file OPA350.MOD into HyperLynx. If HyperLynx complains about the file name, change the extension to what HyperLynx expects. It is a text file.
Although the model was developed and tested with PSPICE, it may work in HSPICE. If you run into further issues, please let us know.
Thanks,
JC
Hi JC,
Thanks for replying. Do you have a model for the input and output buffers for the OPA2350 in ibis form?
Thanks,
Uttara
