TINA/Spice: Exiting Multimeter forcing TINA Close

Hi Team –

Customer is closing the window of the Digital Multimeter (see images below), which is forcing him to completely exit from TINA… this is preventing him from being able to save the simulation file.

Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

Dan,

I am able to use multi meter without issues. Can you check if the customer is using the latest version of TINA-TI 9.3.150.328.
If they are using the latest version, then please share the TSC file so we can have a look at it.
