Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

Hi,

I am unable to start webench tools. It only says "Please wait while WEBENCH® application is loading...". I tried with default input as well as my customized inputs, it is showing same message. I tried clearing by browser cache, but with same result. I am using Mozilla Browser. Please confirm, how to resolve.

    Hi Ashish,
    The LM5020 is not available in WEBENCH. Are you referring to a different part? Or are you trying to open any of your older designs?

    Ashish,

    It seems like Adobe Flash is not installed or not enabled on your browser. Can you please install Adobe Flash Player from get.adobe.com/.../. If you already have Adobe Flash installed, please go to Firefox menu -> Add-ons (or just type in "about:addons" in address bar) and  in the "Shockwave Flash" add-on make sure  "Always Activate" is selected (as shown in the below image).

    If this does not resolve your issue - please share the screenshot of the page where the tool hangs along with the details of your OS, browser version, Flash version.
