TINA/Spice/UC2825: Reg: Technical support for UC2825 PWM IC

Dear Technical Team ,

I am developing the test program using following procedure for UC2825 PWM device.


Reference section:-
Expected Reference output ( Pin 16) = 5V


Oscillator section :-

CT ( Pin 6) = Ramp input 0 to 3.5V

Expected clock output ( Pin 4) = Pulse output on before peak value of CT.


Error amplifier:-

NI ( Pin 2) = input
INV ( Pin 1) = input
Expected Comp ( Pin 3) = output

Output driver section:-

CT ( Pin 6 = Ramp input 0 to 3.5V )

Expected OUTA ( Pin 11) = Pulse output on after peak value of CT.
Expected OUTB ( Pin 14) = Pulse output on after peak value of CT.

Since I am not getting output pulse on OUTA & OUTB.

Please provide your support for my model development work.

    Hi Kali Dasan,

    I am not sure which tool you are using for your model development work.

    We support PSpice and TINA-TI simulations, both of which are already setup and provided on the web. www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware. I would recommend using one of these as a starting point.

    If you are new to TINA-TI, it is a free simulator from TI and the short video training series will help you get ramped up on this.

    Thanks for your information.

    I am developing functional test program using our software  in graphical mode (Waveform) for UC2825 IC.

    Block1: Reference section:-


    Expected Reference output ( Pin 16) = 5V 


    Blcok2 : Oscillator section :-

    CT ( Pin 6) = Ramp input 0 to 3.5V

    Expected clock output ( Pin 4) = Pulse output .

    Block3 :  Error amplifier:-

    NI ( Pin 2) = input
    INV ( Pin 1) = input
    Expected Comp ( Pin 3) = output

    Block4 : Output driver section:-

    CT ( Pin 6 = Ramp input 0 to 3.5V )

    Expected OUTA ( Pin 11) = Pulse output on after peak value of CT.
    Expected OUTB ( Pin 14) = Pulse output on after peak value of CT.

    Block1 and Blcok2 & Blcok3 is working ,   I am not getting output pulse on OUTA & OUTB.

     

    Please provide your support for my model development work.

    Reg: UC2825 PWM IC, I need your support for functionality development & testing , no need for spice.

    Please let me know " How to develop output driver section ".

    We do not support models in any other tool except Pspice and TINA-TI.
