WEBENCH® Tools/LM5161: Simulation and Cad Export show and produce pcb layouts with all components conflicting/overlapping
I will move this post to the Webench forum, but I think I know the answer. The PCB layout in Webench is based loosely on the EVM pcb layout. It looks like you have changed some components, especially the large electrolytic capacitor. Webench placed that capacitor in the spot where normally a small ceramic type would be. Webench does not have the capability to redraw the PCB layout. You would need to manually adjust it in Eagle. I will move this to the Webench forum for a definitive answer. Since the Christmas holiday has started, you may get a delayed response.
