TINA/Spice: current feedback amplifier noise analysis

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

hi,

how can ı modeled capacitance behaviour (short or open) for noise analysis, many reference tutorial calculate noise analysis with only consider resistive network, I know that capacitances are assumed as noiseless,

  • Hi Mert,

I don't think you need to do anything else special in this case, simply put the capacitor within your analysis.

If you happen to have textbook: "Analog Integrated Circuit Design" by David A. Johns & Ken Martin.
On chapter 4, the Capacitors and Inductors section, "Capacitors and inductors do not generate any noise. However, they do accumulate noise generated by other noise sources.
