The IMSPCB requires 3mm thickness with 70 microns of Copper finish. Most of the vendors can provide IMSPCB with Al metal substrate with 1.6mm thickness. Will this affect the performance of the inverter? If so, how? Is it alright to go for higher Copper thickness (e.g: 200 Microns) instead of 70 microns? How will the PCB Board be affected?
For the capacitor board PCB, 70 microns thickness with 1.6mm is mentioned in the gerber files. Is it advisable to go for 2.2 mm thickness and 100 microns of copper?
