Is there any chance to get its model? It is very important for me.

Hi Pawel,

Could you use the model for the UC3846, www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware

If not can you tell me the circuit you are trying to simulate and I can try to find a part with a SPICE model. In general our newer devices are much more likely to have SPICE models compared to our older devices.
