Hi ln ye,
In the TINA schematic which you have developed there is an error in the upper arm of the ckt, for which the currents there are not finding the way to ground. Hence it is reporting "irregular ckt"
Please see comparison below in image below(between schematic in TI doc and TINA schematic you have shared).
Correct the connection, error will be resolved.[Corrected schematic attached]DAC (1).TSC attached]
