Hi,

I am running a transient response analysis of an Opamp based circuit and I need Spice model for TS5A4596.

I have looked and tried but all I can get is IBIS model. Is there any possible way to convert behavioral IO IBIS model to physical level spice model?

If not how can I simulate my design for transient response in TINA TI?

Hi Manda,

No, there is no way to convert IBIS to spice.

I look at the part, this is just a switch. What you can do is to use ideal switch from TINA-TI such as Voltage Controlled Switch. You can look at the datasheet for the Ron and Roff characteristic and program these values into the ideal switch.

Herman Theodorus Actually, I was interested in the parasitic capacitance as it is being used for change in gain parameter of opamp but I think I will go along with the same way as suggested. Thanks anyaway!
