Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models
Hi
For the simulation purpose, I added the Pspice model of TPS613222ADBVR into TINA. But an error- "Invalid device $CDNENCSTART.Line:#50" is occurring. To my understanding, I think this model is for CADENCE. I did the simulation in Altium designer for the same model. There also I get error stating "Too many parameters for subcircuit type tps61322_trans". Can you tell me, why I'm getting such error and what I should do? Herewith, I have attached the error message in Altium designer and TINA.
I would appreciate your help.
Thanks in advance!
Hi Ashwini,
The PSpice model file present at TI website is encrypted. PSpice encrypted models cannot be imported in other simulators. To import it in TINA-TI you need the unencypted model file.
Hence, I would request you to contact TI support (http://www.ti.com/guidedsupport/docs/calltisupport.tsp) to request for unencrypted model.
Thanks & Regards,
