You can take a look our all available models and see if any of them are similar to this part and could potentially be used for simulation:

If we don't have it on that list, it means we don't have the models.

Many thanks Herman, this is certainly a very useful list, and I will no doubt use it a lot in the future. Unfortunately though, it does not list my two components since they are not supplied by Texas Instruments. So I am currently simulating using 2N3819 in place of MPF102, and 1N5817 in place of OA90. I hope that someone else will come back to me with a link containing my two models of interest, so I can see how they perform against the TI models.
