The CAD model for charging chip BQ25619 cannot be found on TI WEBENCH.

Can anyone provide me with the BXL file?

I found the model with a similar footprint which is LMV7231.

Can you help me double check if I can use the LMV7231 footprint for BQ25619 ?

Yes you can use LMV7231 footprint for BQ25619 footprint.
