WEBENCH® Tools/BQ25570: BQ25570 pspice simulation and no graphic result shows up

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

I got a bq25570 pspice model from ti.( slum379.zip)

When I do the simulation, there are many warnings and there is no graphic simulation result shows up. Can anyone help me fix this?

My OrCAD pSpice version is 17.7

    Unfortunately, BQ25570 WeBench simulation is no longer supported.

    Hi Jeff,

    I appreciate your quick reply and the clarifying of no longer supporting of the WeBench simulation.

    I have fixed the issue by add the BQ25570_trans.lib.

    pSpice->edit simulation profile->configuration->library->BQ25570_trans.lib

    Further questions,

    1. Is WeBench simulation the same as the pSpice simulation?

    2. BQ25570 WeBench simulation is no longer supported. Why? Is there some new equivalent parts replaces this part? Or because BQ25570 will be or has been obsoleted?

    We were used BQ25570 for our products. If there is an replaced part, please let me know.

    Hi Hong,

    Regarding 1, the models for TI-Tina were very similar to PSpice.  The battery charge team is placing less importance on simulation tools.   

    Regarding 2, there is no newer part and the part has not been obsoleted.
