Customer received the below error when he tried to install PSPICE-for-TI: "Cannot proceed with installation as working directory set in HOME environment variable is invalid. Rerun the installation after setting a valid HOME environment variable."

Can you confirm whether or not the customer has other Cadence tools installed on their machine?
Also, what is the value of the user's HOME variable?
They can see that easily if they type %HOME% in the Windows Explorer path, and note the resulting path.
For example, my HOME is C:\Users\TI_Emp_ID\AppData\Roaming\SPB_Data

Thanks for your supporting. Customer deleted HOME in his computer environment variable, and then reinstalled it. The issue was resolved. You are able to close this ticket directly.
