PSPICE TI: after install, wont run LICENSE ERROR

Hi E2E TI support team,

I have downloaded the pspice for TI after installation while running the program I got an error as shown in the attatched image.

cdspspiceTIlog.txt file is also attached.

Please resolve the issue asap.

    Sivakumar,

    It is unclear what the problem is yet. 

    Please create a new Windows environment variable CDS_LIC_QA_TesT, the value should be a file you can write to, e.g. C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\myLog.txt.

    Now, close and restart PSpice for TI and proceed with what you were doing.

    When the error message comes up, close PSpice for TI. Share the log file myLog.txt with me. You can attach it to this thread or send me a private message.

    The developers was expecting that the registry key "LastValidateTimeStamp" to be empty but your file does show a value.

    Would you mind checking the other computer (the one you installed correctly) as well?
