TIDA-01606: Reg Topology of TL431/LM431 used in the Gate driver card

Part Number: TIDA-01606
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM431, TIDA-01160, , TL431

We have chosen isolated boost supply for gate driver with reference to TI Design
(TIDA-10606 Gate Driver), Attached the TI Reference schematic

In the design, LM431 have been used to maintain the regulated output at -5V

Could you please address the following are the queries

1) We did not find any reference design (other than TIDA-10606) with LM431 regulator in topology.
Capacitors (C1) are connected in parallel to its series resistor (R1) of LM431 circuit. Turning on or changing the
voltage does not completely limit the current through the regulator because the series resistor has
a parallel capacitor. A fast voltage rise will allow a current greater than the maximum according
   to the manufacturer's definition.

2) Share application note or the test report for TIDA-10606 Gate Driver

3) Circuit is simulated in Tina, observed oscillation during startup and
continues with a small oscillation later on.
