In the section

  3.1.2.1 Getting Started The 6LoWPAN mesh software examples were implemented based on the TI-15.4 sensor example from SimpleLinkTm CC13x2 and CC26x2 SDK v2.40. The software examples provided with the reference design run on the CC1312R MCU to support 6LoWPAN, RPL routing, IPv6, ICMPv6, UDP, DTLS and simple applications. The pre-requisite tools to build the software example are Code Composer StudioTm v8.0 or above (CCSTUDIO) and SimpleLinkTm CC13x2 and CC26x2 SDK v2.40 (SIMPLELINK-CC13X2- 26X2-SDK)

 I downloaded the  SDK V2.4 and could locate the sensor example but could not locate the 6lowpan_mesh_ti_15.4_cc1312_ti_rtos_ccs example. 

 Could you help me get the same.?
