CC2640R2F: PSPICE model wanted.

I'd like to put our project into PSPICE including the MCU however it seems there is no PSPICE model for the CC2640.

If for some reason there is none from ti, would anyone be interested in creating one?

We don't have one. What exactly are you needing it for, which parts of the chip do you have to have a pspice model for?

I want to simulate GPIOs (current and voltage) and ADC inputs to test our analog connected sensors. These sensors are FET transistors. Therfore PSPICE models for GPIOs and ADC inputs on the 430FRL would be all I need to run my simulation.

Any suggestion?
