CC2652R: external regulator mode & global LDO

Part Number: CC2652R
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: , CC2640, TPS62740

1. Hey does the CC2652R support external regulator mode?

This isn't mentioned in the datasheet like the cc2640 or cc2652rb devices.

"Using the Wireless SimpleLinkTm CC26xx in External Regulator Mode With the TPS62740"  app note mentioned that it works for the cc26xx family.

from the app note: "the solutions provided are also applicable for the entire CC26xx family and its supported protocols"

2. Please reference Figure 7-2 (pg 515 Lit Num: SWCU185D) for this question.

What is the behavior of the global LDO when VDDS and VDDR are tied in external regulator mode?  Is there leakage current back into the LDO's output node?

I suppose if the CC26xx supports ext regulator mode, the design must accounts for this so the LDO wouldn't have reverse current.
