Thanks for the clarifications. The TI RTOS System Analyzer guide you have linked seems to be the latest.

As for the BLE software developer guide: the latest version of our User's Guide for CC26x2 devices has been converted to an online format and the link provided above is the most current. There is no longer a PDF guide in the SDK. You can find all the content in the above links directly in your SDK installation as well, under "C:\ti\simplelink_cc13xx_cc26xx_sdk_5_30_00_56\docs" if using v5.30 (which is the latest as of today).
