You understanding of LE coded is correct. You will have a better range but lower data rate.

Whichever link your share with me in that link they are clearly mention need to add custom stack LE coded.

but my stack is not allowing me to add multiple stack because BLE stack already added. 

PFA for reference. 

If i remove my BLE stack that time it will allow me to add custom RF stack.

but my though is due to removing BLE stack my existing functionality does not work.

please suggest me in this scenario what should i do?

You can only have one ble stack, did you try to change the advertise params in the default stack?

Also any reason why you dont want to use the HCI_LE_SetPhyCmd() API to set the phy to coded.

please look at the exiting param image.

should i set the advertise param whichever mention in your image? 

we can use HCI_LE_SetPhyCmd() API for PHY coded. can you suggest me where i can call this API.
