We need to change or update the MAC of the BLE chipset. This is the customer requirement. Please provide the steps or procedure to change the default MAC of the BLE chipset.

You can configure a secondary Bluetooth MAC address through SysConfig in the Device Configuration. Please see the steps detailed below:
I assume you will have to do this for many devices and don't want to run the steps I described manually... Instead, you can directly modify the proper CCFG registers of the device (IEEE_BLE_0 and IEEE_BLE_1) as detailed in §12.2.1.11/§12.2.12 of the CC13x2x7 and CC26x2x7 Technical Reference Manual
