CC2340R5: How to maintain bdaddr

Hi,

I am using example project "basic_ble_LP_EM_CC2340R5_freertos_ticlang" in SDK "simplelink_lowpower_f3_sdk_7_20_01_10".

If I want to give cc2340r5 an eternal bdaddr like MAC, is "hciStatus_t HCI_EXT_SetBDADDRCmd( uint8 *bdAddr )" suitable for usiing?

Bdaddr sholdn't be changed despite erase flash, upgeade, OTA.

Hi Adam,

Every CC2340R5 comes with their own unique MAC address / BD Address written directly to the silicon. This allows you to differentiate between any two devices. This address will not change despite erasing flash, flashing the device, or performing OAD.
