CC2642R-Q1: Leakage current when the RESET_N is Low

Part Number: CC2642R-Q1

Dear Sir and Madame

We are checking the validity of our process specifications.

Please let me check the current when the RESET_N is turned low and started up.

(1) The current at the time of RESET is Typ150nA, but could you please give us the distribution?

We want to see how much variation there is.

It is good to use an outline rather than detailed data.

(2) There may be a difference of about 0.1 mA between the current when the RESET_N is set to Low

at the timing of Power on and the current when the RESET_N is set to High and then RESETn is set to Low again.

  What is the possible difference?

Please refer to the attached file for the image of Power on sequence.

Best regards,

  • Hello

How is the progress of this case?

In this case, the leakage current was different at the timing, but please tell us about the environment when you decided the typical value at your company.

    Best regards,

    Ono
