Hi experts,
We made the board using CC2340R52E0RGER(4*4, 24pin).
however, when connecting LP-XDS110ET with it, an error occurs as shown below.
[ERROR] Cortex_M0P: Error connecting to the target: (Error -1274 @ 0x0) Error encountered during connect sequence. The specific reason is unknown but may be the result of trying to access a Core or logic that is inaccessible due to a lack of Power, Clocks, or Authentication (i.e. Security is preventing). If blocked by security, and if supported, access may be allowed after following the Authentication process. (Emulation package 12.7.0.00059)
No problem occurred when connected to LP-EM-2340R5.
the power supply of the user board is checked as follows.
16pin(VDDD): 1.289V
17pin(DCDC): 1.51V
2,20pin(VDDR): 1.51V
11,18,24pin(VDDS): 3.29V
Please check the schematic below for any check.
also, please advise me if there is anything else i need to check.
