LAUNCHXL-CC1352R1: Packet sniffer 2: error sending message, msg CfgPhy, problem unknown

Hello!

Similarly to referred thread, I face problem running Packet Sniffer 2 with message telling "error sending message, msg CfgPhy, problem unknown". Attempting to run WireShark also gives error "The capture session on "\\.\pipe\tiwspc_data" could not be started due to error on pipe open: The system cannot find the file specified. (2)." The WireShark was 4.0.16. Tried on both Win11 and Win10 machines, exactly same output with only difference in COM port number was used, but that's natural. Tried to replace sniffer_agent_config.xml file from referred thread - no change, and honestly I hoped for the year passed there might be some change. As to files content, they are pretty different.

One thing I also noted, is that in device configuration dialog only 37-39 channels are displayed, while examples in docs show full range from zero channel. Please help to fix it.

With which PHY is this happening?

For BLE, you can only select the advertisement channels, as the documentation states:

Hi Arthur,

In my case there is only one radio available, same to your screen it is BLE - BLE 1 Mbps 2402 freq band.

However, there is a difference between your screenshot and mine, there is channel range read only field, it tells 37-39 in my screen, but 0-39 in yours.
