Hi Divyani,
I cannot give a value for HFXT Cap Array as it will be different for different designs, but I can tell you how you can determine this value yourself.
You can use SmartRF Studio 8 to set the device to send an unmodulated carrier wave and then you can measure the frequency offset. After that, you can change the Cap Array values until the frequency offset is at around 0 ppm.

Can you at least tell me how we can use only internal osc. Like in cc26x2 we use value -43 to use only internal
Hi Divyani,
Are you rereferring to the 32kHz osc?
This can be enabled in Sysconfig in TI DEVICES section under Device Configuration by choosing LF RCOSC as the Low Frequency Clock Source.
You should be aware that if you are using the LF OSC as the 32kHz clock source, the device can only be configured in certain roles. For more information on this, please see section CLK_01 in https://www.ti.com/lit/er/swrz136a/swrz136a.pdf.
