I am getting this error when I try to flash any program onto my development board. I thought this might be caused by the firmware update to the XDS110 from version 3.0.0.26 to 3.0.0.36 but rolling it back did not seem to solve the issue. I tried using uniflash to erase everything but that gave me the same error CCS gave me (In the title above). Any help is appreciated.

Is Uniflash able to detect the device when you connect it to your laptop?

Yes, it seems to work but when I try to program my dev board with CCS it gives me this error message:

I wanted to ask if during flashing of the device if the device was disconnected or interrupted? Additionally, did you try other XDS110 debuggers with your dev board?

Hi,

Can you try with TI SmartRF Flash Programmer 2 v1.8.0. If it works, try again with Uniflash and CCS. If you are using the Launchpad remove the jumpers and place it back again.
