CC2755R10: Could Uniflash select BOOTLOADER mode and program image to CC2755

I'll check with the Tools team about it. Will update when I hear back.

From what I can see, Uniflash will have that option when selecting the devices (e.g. CC2652R1F(BOOTLOADER)).

This is a reasonable use case, however right now we don't have a plan to support this.
