Is there the Thermal Shutdown function in the CC2642 family like CC2340-Q1?
if not, is there any SW function to handle this kind of over temperature.
under the Sunlight, the car peps device will over 105C

Hello Albin,
The CC2642 SDK contains a temperature driver. The temperature driver can be used to detect IC temperature and react depending on the temperature.
Please reference the Temperature Driver. The link provided shows some examples code for notifying based on a high temperature. Logic will need to be added to the callback function to react to the notification.
Additionally, please reference section 20 of the Technical Reference Manual.
